I've been a big fan of sherlock since it first aired on the TV, could be to do with my interest in sherlock holmes beforehand but anyway I'm new. Hello

Hi there. A few of us here were Holmes fans before getting into BBC telly Sherlock. Welcome to the home for hiatus refugees.

Hi: Yes its a great way to get into Sherlock. I was into the short stories mainly and I loved it when I got to see Jeremy Brett although the Basil Rathbone Holmes treated John a bit dumb. The latest Sherlock seems to be more human and gives John a chance to really shine.

    Enjoy your stay.

John still doesn't shine as much as he should imho. However, there are shiny Johns here so it's not so bad. Hiatus refugees, I like that one, my friend. Welcome and I shall tell you what I tell everyone else who comes here, you'll find a bunch of lovely likeable folks with far more social skills than Sherlock and more BAMF than John. Enjoy yourself.
